Who is behind Tatventure?
We are Rob and Cleo, two tattoo artists from the Cologne area in Germany. Tatventure grew from our wish for a freer life: not a polished emigration story, but an honest travel diary full of work, mistakes, detours and real decisions.
Zoe and Loki complete our crew. We found Zoe on Corfu, and Loki joined us later. Every home and every stage of the journey is now planned for four rather than two.
Leaving without settling anywhere
We are not leaving Germany for one destination country. Our home has wheels and sails: a 1984 Hymermobil 540 T1 and a Jeanneau Attalia 32 that we are refitting ourselves in southern France.
The goal is not a glossy life. We document what a big project really feels like, including setbacks, costs, learning curves and the work behind the images.
