Why choose another old sailboat?
After losing our first boat, trying again was not an automatic decision. The dream of living on the water remained. The Jeanneau Attalia 32 is our fresh start, this time with more time, better documentation and a clear plan to take every job seriously.
We do not present the boat as a finished yacht. It is a refit project, and that is exactly what we show: its condition, our decisions and the work between buying it and setting off.
The refit in southern France
The boat is ashore in southern France. We are sanding, repairing, cleaning and rebuilding before the journey can continue. We learn through the work and seek support whenever a task requires specialist experience.
Tatventure is becoming a transparent refit record, including progress, setbacks and the real cost of an old sailboat.
